ViralRadar AI is a private research and analytics tool operated by Nova Studio. It is currently in a testing phase, used by its operator and a small number of invited testers, free of charge. It is not offered to the public.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of the data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and to the ViralRadar AI Privacy Policy.

3. Nature of the information

• Data provided by YouTube is shown as received at the time of the query and may change afterwards.
• Indicators calculated by the tool are the operator's own calculations, are clearly labeled as such, and are not YouTube data.
• Any financial figures are hypothetical scenarios based on third-party estimates. They are not YouTube data and do not represent the actual earnings of any channel.
• Nothing in the tool is a guarantee of results.

4. Acceptable use

The tool must be used only to research public information and to plan original content. It must not be used to copy other creators' content, to harass anyone, or to infer sensitive characteristics of people.

5. No affiliation

ViralRadar AI is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC.

6. Disclaimer

The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes

These terms will be updated before the tool is offered to the public or as a paid service.
